New Meadows sits at the junction of Highways 55 and 95 in the Southwest Idaho mountains. It’s a quiet mountain town that provides easy access to McCall, but also a number of hiking, biking, horseback riding, and other outdoor activities.
The Fish Lake Trail is a local favorite, since along the way you can visit a dilapidated mine and see some of its antique equipment. Looking for a reason to visit? Don’t miss Meadows Valley Days, a local festival that celebrates the city’s history as a timber town each September.
